This page is designed to answer many of the common questions we receive about who we are, what we stand for and how we got to where we are now! Much of the information contained here is also included in much more detail in Jordan’s book U n I, which you can check out in our Spirit Store.
This is an excellent question, and of course there will be a unique answer for each of us individually, because we each have our own spiritual journey we walk. With that in mind, we believe that one of the biggest services that you can do for yourself is to begin a practice of devotion to meditation every single day for at least 30 minutes, if not longer. You will almost instantaneously feel the effects, especially compounding over days and weeks, allowing you to experience some level of mental and emotional elevation, finding a balance in your moods and clarity of thought, increased focus, and heightened willpower and understanding.
For those just beginning their journeys, we also often recommend learning about food, and how different kinds of food affects your body. Check out the Spirit Science 33 series, or potentially watch the documentaries “Forks Over Knives”, and “Food Matters”, both of which are an excellent place to start.
Ultimately, your spiritual journey is your own, and so most of all we recommend spending time learning about whatever it is that you are interested in learning about. There are a plethora of documentaries out there about spiritual concepts, even more books that have been written throughout time, and of course the wisdom of each other, which we can tap into simply by talking to each other, asking questions, and continuing to learn and put what we learn into practice! One of the first places we started in our journeys was through Drunvalo Melchizedek and his books “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” and much of the first Spirit Science episodes were based on the information contained within his books.
It’s worth mentioning that at the heart of almost every spiritual tradition is the concept of service to others. When we realize that legendary truth that it’s not all about you, we can realize ourselves in the eyes of others, and can step into embodying a lifestyle that is infinitely giving and gracious towards all walks of life. This practice will bring more peace and love into your life in ways that are truly amazing! You can really open yourself up by learning more about other spiritual practices and what other people believe by watching our Minute Faith series too!
The other primary spiritual topic to be familiar with is forgiveness, for it will be very difficult to find inner peace if we are still holding grudges towards the people that may have done something we disagree with. Taking the time to go back through your memories, finding the events that hurt you, and forgiving yourself and any others involved in that situation will allow you to feel more love in your life, and will help you greatly along your spiritual path. Holding a grudge is like holding onto a hot coal with the intention of throwing it at someone else, ultimately you will only end up burning yourself, and not helping any form of resolution to transpire.
Let us begin answering this question by stating that these are questions that mankind has been asking for thousands upon thousands of years, and is not one that we presume any single individual will have “the answer” for. In fact, we tend to believe that these are questions that each of us will have to explore for ourselves, and the answer of which which most likely change and evolve as each of us live out our earthly experiences here on this planet. If there is a singular answer to this question, we believe the understanding of which could be stated as simply as “from a single source consciousness”, but this answer too is subject to change and evolve as we gain more information as a collective.
We have to remember that we currently exist in a perpetual state of “now”, and so questions like “where do we come from?” and “where are we going” can only be observed from the present moment, regardless of where we are measuring ourselves to exist in time.
With all of this in mind, there are some very unique answers that do come up when we begin to observe the different spiritual practices around the world and compare them with what tends to naturally come through each of our hearts in deep meditations or particularly connected states of being. The question of “why are we here” in particular often is answered with resounding statements of “to learn love”, “to find deeper connections with God”, or “to connect with all of the forms of creation”. There is actually an article we’ve written that goes into one potential answer to this question, which we described as a means by which we all can come to learn and grow together as a species – recognizing that we are all inherently One.
For the questions of “where did we come from and where are we going?”, we have found a particular interest in the stories which are told in the ancient Sumerian tablets, and supplementary material shared by Thoth through Drunvalo in his books “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life”. We have made a video series about this, which you might be familiar with by the name “The Human History Movie” which can be found here! Today we are working on a prequel to the Human History Movie movie, because there is still lots of information that was left out of the first movie, and we feel it is time to go back and cover this topic in greater detail. If you’re interested in reading these stories, we do recommend the Flower of Life books, or checking out the work of Zecharia Sitchin, predominantly his first book “The Twelfth Planet.”
And even with all of this in mind, we have to once again express that it is up to you to find these answers within you. If this information resonates with you, that’s wonderful! Hold these thoughts in your heart and continue to change and grow as you learn new information. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what happened a thousand years ago, the only thing that is truly important is how have you learned from your own past experiences and what are you doing with that information, right here and now.
What a great question! Our first answer to this one is that every crystal is special and may require a different method of cleansing then another. For instance, placing your crystals in pure water is one of the easiest ways of recharging them. By simply pouring the water over them, and holding the intention for each one to be cleansed and charged to its fullest potential will support this to transpire. This also works very well with salt water, and for this we recommend using pink Himalayan rock salt. However, certain crystals like selenite are water soluble and will start to dissolve if you attempt to recharge them this way; if you are going to do a water charge, be sure to check if that specific crystal will be safe in water first.
Another approach that is very commonly used is to smudge your crystals. Lay your crystals out on a sacred cloth or special blanket, or even somewhere in nature, and then light some sage, cedar or Palo Santo. Using a feather (though in the absence of one your hand will work as well), waft the smoke over the crystals while holding the intention of the crystals being charged to their fullest potential.
If you have a place you can leave them outside, leaving your crystals out in the sunlight or moonlight is another great way to charge them! Keep in mind that the sun’s energy is very strong and can often bleach or fade the color out of certain crystals if left for too long. Like with the practice of cleansing crystals with water, some crystals will charge better in the sunlight vs moonlight, so if you have a special crystal you are trying to re-charge it is always best to do a little extra research on it to find out what that crystal responds to the best!
Finally, placing your crystals in wild long grain rice will help balance the male and female energies of the crystal, and placing them back into the Earth will strengthen the connection to Gaia and the supportive qualities therein. You can also rub essential oils on your stones and breathe your own energy into them to bring them back up to charge.
However, one of the most essential practices when it comes to the use and care of crystals would be to dedicate them. Whenever you get a new crystal, sit down and meditate with it, knowing the energetic qualities of the type of crystal you hold, set an intention for that stone to work in your life and help you with a specific thing you might be working through. If you have a new piece of rose quartz, you can dedicate it towards helping embody a deeper state of love, or if you have a red jasper, you can dedicate it for helping you get over a specific fear or for greater grounding. These are only a few examples of how you might try and dedicate your crystals, and the possibilities are truly endless; we are limited only by our ability to think of new ways of using them.
In fact, it is happening! This meditation has actually sort of evolved over time too. Today it is not only a water meditation, but a water fast! Every Sunday, our team does a fast where we abstain from food to purposefully honor the water in our bodies, the water on the planet, and the nourishment and life we all draw from it. Fasting is actually very beneficial both for the body and spirit, and you can read our articles about the practice here.
This fast is often water only, but we have a very open attitude towards it, and subscribe to the practice of “do what feels right”. Sometimes we’ll have juices, teas, or other liquid beverages, generally without fiber. On occasion, this fast will become a dry fast, where we will consume no food OR liquid throughout the day, and you can read about dry fasting here.
With that in mind, we have heard from many people that doing a water fast is not an option, or at least on that specific day. We would like to extend the invitation that regardless of your fasting practices, meditating on the water of the planet and raising our awareness of just how incredible water is, is tremendously beneficial not only to ourselves but to the world; but if you are willing and able to join us in spirit on our Sunday fasts, we are so thrilled to have you with us!
Shungite. This is one of the best crystals for infusing into your water as it is specifically a stone for purifying and cleansing, so it works great for making crystal water! This is because its molecular structure is mostly made up of carbon atoms and is able to suck free radicals out of the body. We are not joking about this, the guy who discovered Shungites effect on water actually won a Nobel Prize for his work. Seriously, you can read about it here!
With that in mind, virtually all of the crystals that don’t dissolve in water can be used to make Spirit Water! You can create different crystal elixirs by mixing and matching stones together, for instance if you added shungite, citrine and rose quartz to your water you would be making an elixir of pure, abundant love! You can explore them simply by looking up the properties of stones, and applying those qualities to the water you’re adding them to. Feel free to mix it up and find the stones that resonate best with what you need in your life right now but always take the extra time to look up the specific stones you are intending on using first. You must be very sure that they are not going to dissolve, or create a toxic reaction in water, such as with Selenite or Malachite.
Hello! First we would like to express gratitude and love for writing this question to us, you are not alone; this feeling is shared among a great deal of the population, and probably all of us at some point in our lives.
We recommend to start by taking a deep breath; much of the suffering we experience in life can be created by losing our focus on the present moment. Returning to a state of deep breathing will instantly begin balancing the energy in your body, and the longer you can maintain it, the more centered you will become. The next thing you might observe within yourself is whether or not you are forcing something that was not meant to be. Many of the things in our lives that break down or dissolve into frustration happen because they were not in our best interest for it to continue in this way.
For example, let’s say that you had a job that you were fired from, or a relationship that ended poorly; if these things were not in alignment with the highest purpose for your soul, wouldn’t it be better for everyone that they didn’t continue on in the way you had planned? Much of our suffering stems from expectations or attachments to something happening in the way that we want it, and when that doesn’t play out our attachment itself is what causes us grief.
It’s quite often that we get caught up with this material world, losing sight of what we are here to accomplish as souls; if you are not getting enjoyment and fulfillment from your work or your life, then chances are you are trying to force something that isn’t fulfilling to you your highest calling.
And while yes, you could probably continue to struggle and force reality into bending under your will if you push hard enough, but there is always an easier path if you look for it… not to mention, even if you did force something to come into your life, it would probably not last because it might not actually be in alignment with the higher flows of the universe.
What all of this boils down to is that by really listening to the calling in your heart, you will be able to naturally make the right decisions and know fully what would be the best pursuit for your life, and not be swayed by the allure of the ego or other material pleasures. Sometimes this means giving up things that we have become attached to, but by letting go of these attachments we make room for much more fulfilling experiences to come our way.

Yes, most certainly! This is the new website from the original creator, founder, and owner of Spirit Science, Jordan David! There are a number of different pages or sites out there who have copied the name “Spirit Science”, many of which have even copied the Spirit Science art… but there is only one Patchman, and this is his new home!
There have been many ideas and different projects that we have started over the years, but we have finally solidified a plan to help create this massive shift on Earth we have always dreamed of, and are working to make this dream a reality! Right here, right now!!
We chose the name for this website to be the central hub for the many projects we have in the works, including Spirit Shirts, Patch Tarot, and our other video series such as Patch Parables, Everyday Magical Things, Minute Faith and the Spiritside Chats!
We wanted to bring everything back to the core, what you might call the heart center, to find how all the different “flavours” of spirituality fit and work together. We then found that the traditional 7 chakra system worked perfectly! Thus we needed a central location to display the unity between all faiths, and the new metaphysical understandings as discussed in Spirit Science.
As we continue to create beautiful and inspiring content, now you can join us in finding out how all of it links together in one central location. Spirit Science Central!
Regardless of your connections with us, you have the power to change the world in any way that you can imagine! Where your focus goes, energy flows, and by taking an interest in whatever illuminates your heart, and learning about the things that call out to you, you begin moving in the direction that your soul truly wants to go.
From there, you will begin meeting all kinds of people who share in the same interests as you, and get involved in projects that resonate with you. If you set your intention to be apart of projects that uplift human consciousness, then you will naturally find yourselves beginning to do so!
Take the concept of “if you want to change the world, start by changing yourself” seriously. You can start by looking at the things you do in your everyday life and see if your actions represent the world you are trying create. If you have thoughts like “I know shouldn’t be doing this thing, but I am going to do it anyway” or “…but I still want to”, and then you still take the action that you knew was not in your best intention, you will be setting yourself up for more of the same old experiences. Follow your heart and listen to what your conscious tells you, over time your life will change and your new vibration will be stronger and a brighter light to help in this global shift!
To get involved with us directly, the easiest way to join in the movement is through supporting our vision on Patreon! We are working on a wide array of projects and greatly appreciate all the love and support we continue to receive, to help make this dream a reality!
Once you have signed up on Patreon you will be able to message us directly, and we will be sure to respond to you as soon as we can! We also host video calls with our patrons to talk about what we are doing in the studio and all manner of spiritual topics! If you would like to learn more you can visit our Patreon page here!
After creating Spirit Science, getting the various social media channels and original website established, Jordan had found himself working with a small team of people in California for several years. There were many different projects being started and worked on, which didn’t allow for a focus on the continuous creation of Spirit Science episodes.
Some of the people closest to Jordan gained control of the Spirit Science social media pages and in 2016, their collaboration ended with Jordan being completely removed from the very thing he created. They insisted that they were the owners of the Spirit Science, and Jordan went home to Canada.
Upon returning home, Jordan began work to recreate Spirit Science back into what it was originally intended to be, and worked hard to establish a new team which would be able to correct the mistakes that were made, repair the relationships that were damaged, and see the community come together once again!
Some time after Jordan was removed from the social media accounts, the original Spirit Science Facebook page was deactivated, (we believe it was reported for publishing too much spam, but this is just a guess). About a month or so later, Jordan was connected with someone who worked at Facebook, who assisted in returning the page back to him.
While we have been able to secure the original Facebook page, Instagram and twitter pages, the original website still remains in the hands of Jordan’s previous team. In light of this, Jordan and his new team have been pouring their hearts into this rebirth, to make something that genuinely supports the original mission and intention behind Spirit Science, and to create content that uplifts, educates, and inspires the world.
If you would like to read more details about the specific events and what happened with Spirit Science, Jordan has been chronicling his experiences into a book as a form of meditation to support his own healing on this journey. These memoirs are available on the Spirit Store in the second part of “U n I – The Spirit Science Book”, available here.
In order to properly answer this question, we actually have to take a step back and look at something much bigger than just a simple t-shirt, and explore truly “why do we believe what we believe?” For many of us, we believe a t-shirt should be very inexpensive, but the reason for that is largely because we are used to getting products that may have exploited human workers or our planet’s natural resources in order to produce the cheapest product.
We decided to take a different approach, and specifically went out of our way to create more than just a t-shirt, but wearable art made from the finest materials, embedded with crystals, and crafted by hand as a labor of love.
Spirit Shirts is essentially a non profit venture and uses its surplus to further achieve its purpose and mission, rather than distributing the income to the organization’s shareholders.
We source quality organic bamboo fabric for our shirts and support fair trade labor in this process which is more expensive than a mass produced cotton shirt made in a sweatshop. Our shirts are handmade with a manual printing press, which takes more time than factory manufacturing and as a result to reimburse the loving souls who make our shirts cost more then it would otherwise. Our shirts are also infused with magical crystals! This process includes taking the time to hand grind the crystals into a fine powder so they can fit through the screen and become embedded into the shirt. This not only increases the shirts cost due to the crystals that need to be obtained for each shirt, but also because of the time required to make the crystal powder.
Finally, as our shirts are being made by our amazing friend Chris from Australia, these shirts will have fully traveled around the world before they are made available on our store. The shipping cost of this quite high and we do our best to source environmentally responsible shipping methods which again ups the cost. As the Spirit Shirts and Spirit Studios continues to evolve, we plan on opening up more local facilities around the world so that shirts can be made and sold in each global region.
Our goal with these shirts is the highest quality and the highest vibration we can produce, and truly – you get what you pay for! You will really feel the love and uplifting intention in each and every shirt, and we have received countless testimonials that validate this to be true.
It’s easy to understand how and why the people who have been following this have become confused. Back in 2013 (or possibly late 2012), after the Spirit Science website and other social network channels were already established, a young man named Steven Bancarz started his own website and facebook page called “Spirit Science and Metaphysics”. Steven was exploring spirituality and writing articles about his spiritual interests, and eventually reached out to Jordan.
At this time, Jordan had not been doing much work on the Facebook side of things, putting more of his focus into YouTube videos and organizing gatherings and events in the real world. Steven on the other hand was getting into the swing of Facebook, and was having a great deal of success doing so, generating quite a large following on his own Spirit Science and Metaphysics page and website.
Jordan and Steven became good friends, and even worked together for some time in making content and cross-sharing each other’s work to support and uplift the Spirit Science movement on both sides.
Later on in the beginning of 2016, Steven published a video testimonial in which he describes his experience of personal transformation in finding Jesus. This led him to shift his focus from his ‘new-age’ focused work onto Jesus and Christianity as his path of choice. You can read all about it and watch his video on his new blog – Reasons for Jesus.
We hope this offers an explanation of why there is some confusion about the two different pages. We also would like to extend tremendous love towards Steven, Jesus, Christians, and all other belief systems out there. A core part of our path with Spirit Science is the acceptance and love towards all people, places, and practices, so long as your practice does not interfere with the free will of others, or cause harm in any way; we actively encourage you to explore whatever resonates with you, and compassionately leave the rest behind.
Our spiritual path is a colourful exploration which grows organically with our own experiences, and changes with our earnings on a regular basis. We have a tremendous love for all spiritual paths, and this love actually compelled us to begin a series in the early part of 2016 called “Minute Faith”, which attempts to simply describe and explore all of the world religions and spiritualities in only a few short minutes.
The mission behind this series is that if we can all begin to observe the similarities between our global practices, we can begin to see each other more connected than separate, and have more respect and compassion towards one another. The second reason why we made this series was so that we ourselves could get a more thorough understanding of the world spiritualities out there, because there are just so many, and we wish to learn about all of them!
Therefore, if we were to put a single word on our form of spirituality, we would have to go with “Compassion”. We are genuinely inspired by all forms that world spiritualities take, whether it’s Christian, Tao, Muslim, Buddhist, Shinto, Animism, Mahajrya, etc. and we actively explore different ways to deepen our understanding of what it means to have faith.
When Jordan first became aware of spirituality, he spent a great deal of time learning about Hermeticism, Esoteric Tarot, Taoism, Buddhism, and basic Christianity. However, it has always been his interest to remove all of the labels in self-identification, and to explore whatever feels right. In this, he is fully open to any and all practices that comes his way, willing to open his heart to pretty much anything; Compassion being at the highest level of importance no matter what.
Aaron has a strong Christian background, but after seeing his own family members being ostracized from the church for standing up against internal corruption, he widened his spiritual understanding and started seeking to understand God from outside his sheltered childhood. This lead Aaron to begin practicing many different spiritualities and energetic practices, including becoming a Reiki Master and eventually leading him to an esoteric Buddhist tradition called Mahajrya. This organization draws insight from a wide number of Eastern and Western philosophies alike including Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and the Kabbalah, and fuses them into a practical understanding of creation for serious spiritual practitioners.
Aaron regularly calls himself an eclectic Christian as he still strives to shine the light of Christ within his heart, but his definition of a Christian is to walk the narrow path as the image of Jesus would have done, standing up against the Church and the pharisees who have turned Christianity into a business, all while holding love and forgiveness for all, and still following the highest calling of his heart!
My spiritual journey really began at the tail end of 2010, when I met a girl who introduced me to crystal healing and reiki. This friendship was the catalyst to a tremendous amount of learning. One of the most significant things that she ever told me was that I needed to watch this movie called “The Secret”. Upon seeing it… it changed everything for me. Instantly I became aware of myself, my thoughts, and my actions in a whole new light. I began using my thoughts purposefully, pointing them in the direction I wanted to go, and creating my reality as an active participant, instead of a passenger watching life go by.
Up until this point I had been railing against spirituality because I had learned a lot about the control that the churches of the world had on the masses, and associated more with an agnostic/atheist standpoint towards the world. After this point in my life however, I became tremendously interested in practices of all kinds, it didn’t matter what. For me spirituality became about] openness, exploration, love, and compassion, and so I began learning about as much as I could. This was when I learned of the Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life.
In this book, Drunvalo Melchizedek describes things in a way that I had never seen them be put before. He completed the puzzle, if you will – combining ancient history, sacred geometry, DNA activation and human ascension into one complete puzzle. I became hooked on this material, and spent hours upon hours reading and absorbing this information over the course of about 3 months, until out of nowhere – Spirit Science was born.
There’s a lot more to this story, but I will keep it simple by saying that if you’d like to watch a video I made about this journey of mine, you can check it out here! – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vE6gva3Vm7I
Once I began traveling, I found myself at a metaphysical shop and saw tarot cards for the first time. My first deck was actually a blank one, and I felt compelled to draw these cards even without knowing a single thing about them. This deck is only now coming to completion, in the wake of a much larger Tarot project and the accumulation of years and years of practice with these cards. These cards are, in a lot of ways, the transfusion of my consciousness directly into a spiritual tool that we can all use to understand the universe and each other better. This project is called Patch Tarot, and you can check it out here.
My life has involved spirituality and spiritual practices from the moment I was born. I came into this world on Good Friday, Friday the 13th, April 13th 1990, and came into a family of devout Mennonite Christians. I was dedicated to the church within the first few months of my life and attended an Evangelical Mennonite Church often several times a week all through my childhood. I was always described as being ‘happy go lucky’ and would be content with whatever I was doing, I attribute this to having the understanding of being protected and supported by a divine and loving energy which I could not see, but knew was embracing me.
Growing up I would often push the ideas of the Christian doctrine onto anyone I met who wouldn’t have an answer to my question “Which church do you go to?” And this caused myself lots of internal arrogance and pride as I felt I had the correct understanding of what God was and that anyone who thought otherwise was innately wrong and or under the influence of the devil. However it was around this time that my own family started falling apart as a result of the divorce of my parents and me at this time was baffled at how my own house could stray so far from what I thought would be following in likeness of Christ.
From that point forward as the more I grew older the more I grew jaded. I looked at the church as being more of a business and a system for controlling the population and less of a means for understanding how to embody likeness of Christ. I passed blame onto everyone else for their faults right up to and including God, for how could he knowingly create Lucifer as an Angel and then cast him down here to tempt and torment us? By the time I was 15 I had lost nearly all my faith and by 18 I was starting a book called something like “Reasons why God is a Jerk”. This continued until I was about 21 when I was playing in a small metal band and needed a new vocalist.
Through some of the most synchronistic events I could imagine a beautiful soul came into my life and introduced me to the practice of Reiki. I suddenly realized that there was an energy flowing through the universe, and it was constantly creating the most divine miracles. I started opening myself up to the light again and went through a 7 week process of looking at each chakra within myself, to see if I could open myself back up to the world. I started throwing out any symbolism that would contain negative energies from my life and worked hard to purify myself from the inside out, holding forgiveness for my past experiences.
After starting to view myself as being somewhat spiritual again I began studying many different religions and spiritual practices to find a practical understanding of how to reach enlightenment, as well as ascension within this lifetime. I learned of the hidden gospels that were removed from the bible and started rediscovering the deeper truth that the younger version of myself knew and loved about Christ. The teachings of Jesus were to be compassionate and forgiving of all people as if they were you, this understanding paralleled the thoughts I was having about all humanity being but fractals of the same source, and that our actions towards others were really our actions towards ourselves in another incarnation.
Today I still call myself a Christian; I am also a Buddhist, a Hindu and a Qabalistic initiate. I see how all these faith systems are tools of understanding the universe and each of them use the concept of “walk the narrow path”, this being to go the extra mile, to forgive and then forgive again, to give of yourself knowing that you are so much more then anything on this physical realm. I started meditating extensively, for months straight, at least an hour a day, I would study spirituality from each of the schools openly to see if I could deepen my connection with the divine and took the steps to get attuned to the level of Reiki Master and still kept learning.
Today, I see myself in the eyes of all those around me, and view spirituality as being the practice of doing more than is required as an act of service to others, and to yourself by extension. I see God’s light shining within all life and that we all have the choice of trying to imitate that radiance, or cowering away from it. My soul name it was given to me is Vajra Jvalita, which translated from Sanskrit means ‘Indestructible Radiance’, each day I strive to act in alignment with that divine indestructible radiance, and so it is.
Generally we like to abstain from labels, especially when it relates to spiritual practices – because of how often these “boxes” break apart when we have deeper realizations that changes our perspective on things. In fact, most of the time we do apply a label such as “I am this way”, it is immediately challenged and broken within a very short period of time. With this in mind, we have sometimes found there to be a value in labels, especially as it relates to categorizing physical things; and food is very much a physical subject.
As of the time of writing this, all of us could be labelled as vegan, and lean towards at least 50% raw vegan. We often do purposeful raw-food cleanses, spanning between several days to weeks on end, or even longer.. However, we also are very interested in the Taoist “5 Element eating” diet, which observes the food available in each season of the year, and generally consumes fully raw food in the summer, and much more cooked during the winter. Being that we live in Canada, there is no raw food locally growing during the -30 Celsius times of the year, and this “5 elements” diet focuses specifically on what is available in the local environment.
With all of this in mind though, we are still constantly going through our own changes as it relates to food, and even higher than the label of “vegan” we subscribe to “follow your heart” and “do what feels right”. Despite our vegan diets, there have been the few rare occasions where we will have the feeling in our hearts that it is right to consume an animal product, such as some raw fish or a small amount of something with dairy. We are always especially mindful when this is the case – sending prayers and blessings to this food and being with the spirit of the animal when we consume it, and have gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy something in this way.
Food itself is a massive topic of discussion for us, and we are constantly refining and changing our diets to suit our current state of being and understanding of reality. To us, the biggest challenge with food in the world is that a huge part of the population eats to excess, which causes a great deal of health concerns. As Doctor Campbell discovered (which you can learn about in our video here), 5% dairy intake did not show any signs of cancer or disease, but 20% of it instantly created tumor growths. We also see actively that the over-consumption of animal products also is a huge cause of some of the biggest challenges we face, such as climate change, the destruction of the amazon rain forest, and all manner of diseases; thus we see moderation as the biggest factor that we must strive to learn as a species, and to temper our food cravings with holistic and sustainable ways of living that work for everyone.
