This series covers the many aspects of emotional health, and the different ways we can maintain an internal emotional balance. Emotional healing is tremendously important in creating health within our beings. If we are emotionally unhealthy or unstable, then we might often take actions based on feelings that are not in alignment with our heart. Having our emotions in balance with the rest of our beings allows us to act from a fully conscious space, with a higher level of integrity and devotion in all that we do.
We have also included the videos from Patch Parables on this page as they are emotional stories which illustrate different spiritual concepts by making the information personal as we can often relate to the characters. Opening yourself to be empathetic of other people’s journeys by seeing yourself in their shoes and trying to learn from their experiences is a great way to expand yourself emotionally!
